Find out if AI assistants recommend your product
Buyers now ask an assistant "what's the best tool for…" before they visit a website. AskRanked puts your buyers' questions to ChatGPT and Google Gemini and shows whether you get named, where you rank and who gets picked instead.
ChatGPT named you in 1 of 5 answers. Get Acme CRM into the third-party lists and reviews it learns from.
Buyers now ask an assistant first
An assistant gives a short list, not ten blue links. If you're not on it, you never get considered, and no analytics tool will tell you.
A shortlist, not a results page
Questions like "best invoicing tool for freelancers" get 3–6 names. Being fourth is different from being first, so we track position, not just presence.
Your competitors are being named
See which tools the assistant recommends for your category, including ones you've never thought of as competitors.
The sources can be traced
When an assistant answers from a web search, it lists the pages it used. Those pages are where you need to be.
From URL to a fix list in about a minute
We read your page
We fetch your homepage and work out your category, your audience and who you compete with.
We ask like a buyer
We write realistic questions that don't mention you ("best X for Y", "alternatives to Z") and put each one to ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
You get a score and fixes
You see your mention rate and position, the competitors named, the sources cited and a short list of concrete changes.

What does the free AI visibility check do?
You enter your product URL, and optionally a few competitors. We read your page, work out your category and write about five questions a buyer might ask, such as "what is the best tool for X?". Then we ask ChatGPT and Google Gemini each question and report how often your product came up in each, in what position and which competitors were named. When an assistant searches the web for an answer, we also list the sources it cited.
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT (through the official OpenAI API) and Google Gemini (through the official Gemini API). Perplexity is coming soon and will be added to every paid plan at no extra cost. Each result shows the exact model it came from, so you can see where one assistant knows you and the other does not.
Is this exactly what people see in ChatGPT or the Gemini app?
No, and no tool can promise that. Consumer apps add personalisation, location, memory, web browsing and their own instructions, and answers vary from one run to the next. We use the official APIs with neutral prompts; our ChatGPT answers come from the model's own knowledge, without web browsing and keep the setup the same every week. That makes the numbers useful for spotting trends and comparing you with competitors, not as a screenshot of one person's chat.
How is the visibility score calculated?
Each answer scores 0 if your product is not mentioned. If it is mentioned, the score depends on position: 100% when you are named first, then 85%, 70%, 55% and 40% further down. The visibility score is the average across all questions, from 0 to 100.
What do you do with my email?
We send your results to it and add you to our product newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or share your address. Details are in the privacy policy.
How often do paid plans re-check?
Weekly. Every tracked question is asked again, and the results go into your history so you can see whether your changes are working. Both plans include a weekly email report. Pro also alerts you when you drop out of an answer you used to appear in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel from your dashboard or from PayPal and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you are not happy with your first payment, we refund it within 7 days.
Why are there limits on free checks?
Every check makes real calls to an AI API. To keep the check free, we limit it to a few per person per day and cap the total each day.
