These terms govern your use of AskRanked, operated by AskRanked. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
AskRanked sends questions to third-party AI models and reports how those models respond. AI answers are non-deterministic and can change at any time. Results are informational estimates, not guarantees of what any individual user sees, and not a promise of rankings, traffic or sales.
Accounts
You log in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the free check (for example, by automating it or getting around the limits), submit URLs you have no legitimate interest in at scale, try to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or in PayPal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Third-party services
The service depends on Google, PayPal, Cloudflare and other providers. We are not responsible for their outages, model changes or policy changes, although we will try to adapt quickly.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to what you submit. You give us permission to process it in order to provide the service. Reports generated for you are yours to use.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction.
